THE DIVISION: Simple Math

Normally on Straightout.com any video you find is produced by us. Sometimes People we know make something sic with our friends in it. That's the case here. Jeff Simonson, of Boost Video Productions, just released his best Surf Film to date, entitled, "The Division: Simple Math." Surfers featured are: Bill Bryan, Gavin Sutherland, Zach Rhinehart, Jeremy Sommerville, Eric Mchenry, Derek Bockleman and Sean Murphy. Make sure to pay close attention or you might not realize when Zach and Derek are getting barreled switch stance! Also don't let the high number of insane tricks fool you into thinking they're easy. That's just the way this crew of surfers makes it look. Bill Bryan does tow-ins on a skim board at Teahupoo (Tahiti) and surfs a stand still wave in the Zambezi (Africa) river with Gavin Sutherland. Considering the long hold downs on the Zambezi, I'm not sure which one is heavier! Jeff Simonson sets the standard for making a surf DVD outside the box and adheres to a belief Straightout.com has had since it's inception... There is more to surfing than the WCT. And not only the guys on , or on a path to, the WCT are worthy of surf media. In fact, It would be suprising if some wct surfers haven't learned something or seen a trick for their first time by someone in this vid.
